What to Stream: ‘Stranger Things,’ ‘Mickey 17,’ Kevin Hart and ‘A Grand Ole Opry Christmas’

Bong Joon Ho’s “Mickey 17,” a new batch of “Stranger Things’” final season and Kevin Hart debuting a new comedy special on Netflix are some of the new television, films, music and games headed to a device near you, and also among the streaming offerings worth your time this week, as selected by The Associated Press’ entertainment journalists, are “Everybody Loves Raymond” getting a 30th anniversary special on CBS, Hallmark’s special “A Grand Ole Opry Christmas” with Brad Paisley and Mickey Guyton, and a new Beatles documentary series hitting Disney+; new movies to stream from Nov. 24-30 include Taiwanese filmmaker Shih-Ching Tsou’s solo directorial debut “Left-Handed Girl,” about a single mother and her two daughters returning to Taipei to open a night market stand, which Netflix acquired after its warm Cannes reception and Taiwan selected as its Oscar submission, beginning streaming Nov. 28, Bong Joon Ho’s “Mickey 17,” arriving on Prime Video Thursday, Nov.

26, praised by AP’s Jocelyn Noveck for Robert Pattinson’s performance that grounds Bong’s overstuffed tendencies, and “The Last Duel,” streaming on Hulu Nov. 30, Ridley Scott’s medieval epic told from three perspectives and hailed by AP’s Jake Coyle as a deconstruction of armored male mythmaking; new music to stream Nov. 24-30 includes Disney+ releasing “The Beatles Anthology” documentary series starting Wednesday, nine episodes tracing the band’s journey, and Hallmark’s “A Grand Ole Opry Christmas,” a holiday film involving music, heritage, time travel, Christmas magic and cameos by Brad Paisley, Megan Moroney, Mickey Guyton, Rhett Akins and Tigirlily Gold, streaming Sunday; new series to stream from Nov.

24-30 include a CBS-taped 30th anniversary special for “Everybody Loves Raymond” airing Monday and streaming on Paramount+, hosted by Ray Romano and Phil Rosenthal with cast interviews and tributes to Peter Boyle and Doris Roberts, the long-awaited return of “Stranger Things” for its fifth and final season on Netflix with the first four episodes dropping Wednesday, Kevin Hart’s new Netflix comedy special “Kevin Hart: Acting My Age” on Monday, and Hulu’s new “Family Guy” holiday parody special “Disney’s Hulu’s Family Guy’s Hallmark Channel’s Lifetime’s Familiar Holiday Movie” dropping Friday, Nov. 28; and new video games from Nov. 24-30 include A.I.L.A from Brazilian studio Pulsatrix, in which you play a game tester trying out an AI-created horror story while the AI may be plotting something more sinister in the background, arriving Tuesday on PlayStation 5, Xbox X/S and PC..
